Fish cured ham is made by ripening seafood from the rich ocean of Iwate prefecture’s Sanriku coast. Each one is carefully handcrafted to create a Japanese delicate flavor. We are using “Noda Salt” which is produced in Iwate prefecture since ancient times.
Furthermore, you can enjoy the smokey scent that gives a rich flavor and gorgeous aroma.
