Manufacturing Process

【Noodle Making Process】
1.Add flour to mixer and mix
2.Add water and mix
3.Shape into dough and ferment
4.Cut into noodle strands

【Soup Base Process】
1.Roast sea bream in oven to remove fishy odor
2.Place pot in water, add sea bream and kelp. Wait until boiling
3.Add soy sauce, salt, seasonings, etc., turn off heat, and let sit for one day 4.Place one serving of sauce into a bag
5.Freeze for storage
