VEGETABLE SUSHI


 
This sushi is made with a little-known mountain vegetables in Japan.
It has long been loved as a local dish in Kochi prefecture.
The sushi rice has yuzu scent and on top of that we use Kochi’s specialties, such as Lotus stem, Myoga Ginger, Shiitake mushrooms, Konnyaku, Itadori, and other bounty of the land.
