Carrying on a 40-year history of a popular Taiyaki shop in Japan, we constantly use only Hokkaido red beans “Kitaroman” and sugar, which are cooked carefully in the traditional pot, with the texture of moist and graininess red beans. Additionally, both the dough and filling are made with rice flour, making it safe for those with wheat allergies. Sanpouyaki or obanyaki is a mixture of the traditional taiyaki and modern sensitivities.
